Your personal data will be processed by PAMPAS RODIZIO for the following purposes and legal grounds.

Sending out newsletters and invitations. (with the consent of the person concerned). Registering and processing/invoicing your registrations for (pre)sale, camping and competitions. For the above purposes we may request, store and process the following personal data from you. Personal identification data: surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail and VAT number. Personal characteristics: gender, date of birth and nationality. We use the collected data only for the purposes for which we obtained the data.

Article 3. Provision to third parties
The data you give us will not be provided to third parties unless there is a legally valid question for it (e.g. VAT control).

Article 4. Storage period
PAMPAS RODIZIO does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law. Personal data is kept for a maximum of 5 years after last use and this only for statistical purposes.
